About Kelly Reynolds
Kelly Reynolds is an international senior Executive Leader with 25 years of experience in Professional Services, Human Capital and Technology Consulting across Resources, Mining, Energy and Utilities, Financial and Professional Services, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Education sectors with global multi-national and mid-cap clients.
Kelly is recognised as a global Business Leader in Business Transformation, Human Capital and Workforce Optimisation, Talent, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and has held senior executive roles in Fortune 100 companies. Kelly has built and sold her own successful private company in Australia, Harrier Group. Kelly has been instrumental at leading and advising Boards on Strategy Development, Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Mergers and Acquisitions and complex Large-Scale Transformation.
Kelly is currently a Managing Director for Accenture, Strategy and Consulting in Growth Markets and a Non-Executive Director of Golf Australia and Edith Cowan University. A professionally Certified (PCC) Executive Coach, Kelly is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Governance Institute of Australia. Kelly holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk & Governance, an MBA from Southampton University, UK and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Medical Sciences from the University of Portsmouth, UK.
